Colonel Ranendu Chakraborty (Retd.)

30 Years of Leadership. A Lifetime of Mentorship.

Colonel Ranendu Chakraborty (Retd.) is also a graduate in Law (LL.B.) and holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree, bringing together military leadership, legal understanding, and educational expertise. An alumnus of the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Colonel Ranendu Chakraborty served in the Indian Army for over 30 years, holding leadership roles across Infantry, Logistics, Marine & Air Logistics, Procurement, Discipline & Vigilance, and NCC. As Commanding Officer of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu, he mentored thousands of young cadets, helping them develop leadership, discipline, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose. Today, he brings that same experience and commitment to mentoring students and parents helping them navigate important life decisions with honesty, empathy, and practical wisdom. His mission is simple: To help every young individual discover their true direction, develop strong character, and confidently build a meaningful future.
